Power Supply, One of the key components of any computer system is the power supply unit, also known asthe PSU. This component provides power to the rest of the computer, including any installed peripherals such as graphics cards and additional hard drives. Control is provided using feedback from a resistor divider that senses the output voltage. The feedback voltage is compared with a reference voltage in an error amplifier. The output of the error amplifier controls the pass transistor.
